Greg Thomas AM
Non-Executive Director
Brigadier Thomas is the Managing Director of Integrated Solutions Consultancy Group Pty Limited which provides strategic planning advice to selected international and ASX listed clients, particularly with regard to matters of defence policy. Prior to his retirement in 1998, the Brigadier had a distinguished career in the Australian Defence Force including key appointments in logistics and procurement. He will provide valuable strategic insight into this key market as the business grows over the coming years.

Robert Sykes
Executive Director
Mr. Sykes has extensive domestic and international experience in large and complex Defence acquisition projects, with a proven track record of achievement. Mr. Sykes has attained a Masters and Graduate Diploma of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Sykes has served in a variety of senior project management roles with the Department of Defence and major Defence Contractors.

Lawrence A. Gardiner
Company Secretary & Director of Corporate Services
Mr Gardiner is responsible for the overview of all corporate service functions (Administration, Finance, OH&S and Human Resources) within the XTEK Group. In addition to these duties Mr Gardiner is the International Director (Chairman) of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators (IABTI) he is one of two international members appointed to the IABTI board that meets regularly in the United States. Mr Gardiner is a former Army Bomb Technician and more recently the Chief Superintendent responsible for the bomb 'First Response' capability at Australia's international airports.

Steve Wilde
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Wilde began his career in Zimbabwe and has over 15 years of experience in Southern Africa, the UK and in Australia. A qualified Management Accountant, he has worked for such organisations as Gillette, TWI (part of the IMG group of companies), Fairfax and Clayton Utz. Mr Wilde joined XTEK just prior to the IPO in 2005 as the Financial Controller and was appointed the CFO in April 2007.

Tibor Fekete
Director, Logistic Engineering Division
Tibor served with the Australian Army for over 20 years in the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineer (RAEME) Corps, specialising in the fields of electronic engineering. Tibor's final posting within the Army, culminated in his appointment as the Regimental Sergeant Major of the Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and the Corps RSM of RAEME. Upon leaving the Army in 2005, Tibor accepted a position as a Senior Project Officer in the Special Projects Unit of the Canberra Institute of Technology. Tibor was appointed as the Director of Logistics Engineering with XTEK Limited in June 2007. In this role Tibor coordinates Integrated Logistic Support services, repair and maintenance, training & development, along with the delivery of training tailored to XTEK's client requirements.

Dr David Thompson
Head of Adelaide Office
David Thompson graduated with first class honours from Adelaide University as a Mechanical Engineer. He then spent 4 years at the CSIRO Division of Manufacturing and Infrastructure Technology where he completed his PhD research that used Numerical Modelling to design hip implants with superior service life.
David joined Adelaide based Anatomical Surrogate Technologies where he was the Engineer in charge of further developing the Frangible Surrogate Leg and primarily the AUSman Chest - the worlds most advanced anatomically correct thoracic surrogate (military crash test dummy). David has maintained links with Adelaide based Universities, supervising industry based final year Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering student projects for more than 6 years.

Camille Foote BSc Forensic Sc (Hons)
Manager, Scientific and Forensic Products
Ms Foote is extremely well connected in the forensic science community within Australia and New Zealand. She worked for the Queensland Police Scientific Section for 6 years, and was a Forensic Laboratory Agent for 6 years with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, USA.
